Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Mastery Wellness.

Unopened products

If your item is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Please contact us first at customerservice@masterywellness.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Opened or used products

Because our products are personal care items applied to the skin, we can't accept returns of anything that has been opened or used. This protects the health and safety of every customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email a photo of the item and the packaging to customerservice@masterywellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
